Where do you deliver?
We deliver fresh flower subscriptions to the greater Seattle area including Bellevue, Bothell, Brier, Burien, Edmonds, Issaquah, Kenmore, Kirkland and Mercer Island, Lake Forest Park and Shoreline, Lynnwood, Mountlake Terrace, Redmond, Sammamish, Seattle. Enter your zip code at checkout to confirm we service your location.
How does the subscription work?
Choose your bouquet size (Rainier/Small, Cascadian/Medium, or Olympic/Large) and delivery frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or quarterly). We deliver on Thursdays. Your subscription auto-renews and delivers fresh flowers on your chosen schedule. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your account.
Can I pause or skip a delivery?
Absolutely! Log into your account and manage your subscription anytime. You can pause deliveries when you're traveling, skip a week, or adjust your frequency with no penalties. We just ask for 5 days notice to help us with planning and purchasing flowers.
What flowers will I receive?
Each bouquet features fresh-picked seasonal stems sourced locally* in Washington (as well as Oregon and occasionally California and BC), complemented by lush foliage and textural pieces. Our arrangements change with the seasons to showcase the best blooms available, arranged in our signature natural, whimsical style. *Local Flowers are unavailable from December-March, so our sourcing expands during those months.
When will my flowers arrive?
Deliveries are made on Thursdays during business hours. No signature required — we'll leave it in a safe spot if you're not home.
Can I send a subscription as a gift?
Yes! During checkout, enter the recipient's delivery address and add a gift message. We'll send them beautiful fresh flowers on your chosen schedule — perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, or just because.
What if I'm not satisfied with my bouquet?
We stand behind the quality of our flowers. If you're not completely happy with your delivery, contact us within 24 hours and we'll make it right with a replacement or credit.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard with no fees or penalties. Your subscription will remain active through your current billing period.
How long do the flowers last?
With proper care, your bouquet should 5-7 days. We include care instructions with your welcome email. Keep the water filled and change the water every 2-3 days for maximum freshness. Make sure to keep flowers out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources.
